How we review and order profiles
Here you can see what we check before publication, when we hide a profile for protection and how default ordering works.
Every profile is reviewed by a person
A profile is never published automatically for the first time. It becomes visible only after identity, adulthood, contact methods, explicit publication consent, images and content have been fully reviewed.
New or changed content remains private until a person has reviewed it. A request to pause or remove a profile or disable a contact method can be sent through the account area, where available, or the contact point.
Review scope
We review profile text, images, price and duration information, services, contacts, travel, availability, work areas, work settings and linked websites. The applicable state and local rules apply in each city.
- Unclear cases are never approved automatically.
- If required profile information or contractual declarations are missing, the offer remains private until personal review.
- Local rules cannot weaken stricter state requirements.
- An identity check already completed does not replace review of a new city offer.
Hard prohibitions
Always prohibited are minors, abuse imagery, coercion, trafficking, violence, exploitation, non-consensual content, advertising unprotected sex or equivalent acts, health claims, stolen images and allegedly illegal offers.
Offers in a provider’s own flat, a freely chosen apartment, hotel, vehicle, outdoor setting or involving street solicitation are not published in the five available cities. Other work-setting descriptions are moderated conservatively; they are not authority checks or approvals by the platform.
Protective action and review
Reports involving a possible minor, abuse imagery, coercion, trafficking or immediate danger can be sent to the contact point. After personal review, affected content may be hidden as a precaution; a public report alone never changes visibility. We do not state a voluntary response time.
Binding statutory deadlines remain unaffected. Before republication, we review the case again and record the outcome and reasons.
Decision and appeal
For approval, rejection, restriction, suspension or termination, we state the reason, scope, duration, applied rules and available redress. A decision about a city offer affects only that offer; if a concern affects the whole profile, all city offers may be hidden for protection.
We review every appeal again. Where practicable, a different member of the responsible team carries out that review. The decision, time and reasons are recorded securely.
How default ordering works
Only fully moderated offers appear in default ordering. Safety, platform rules, city relevance and freshness are checked first and cannot be influenced by payment. This is not individual legal clearance.
Payments, commissions, premium status, advertising and other economic consideration do not influence ordering.
Visitors can additionally filter or sort by the clearly labelled criteria offered. Their choice does not change the rules used for default ordering.
- First, the offer must match the selected city and, where supplied, the visit period.
- The provider’s stated current availability is considered next.
- The time of the latest valid self-confirmation follows.
- If profiles are otherwise equal, a fixed, non-paid order breaks the tie.
Freshness and review
An offer is hidden after 30 days without renewed confirmation. When rules change, we review affected profiles again; offers that are no longer permitted are blocked when the new rule takes effect.
Material changes to these rules are normally communicated to profile owners at least 15 days in advance unless a legal or immediately necessary safety exception applies.
