How to send a report
Use the email address or phone number provided. To help us review the matter reliably, include the exact link or location in the profile and explain clearly what you noticed. Contact details are optional. Written information should be accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge.
Suspected child sexual offences can be reported without a name or email address. Do not submit unnecessary personal data or unlawfully obtained material.

Review and protective action
Reports are sent to the contact point and classified by content and urgency. After personal review, we may hide affected content from public view as a precaution; submitting a report alone never hides content. We do not state a voluntary response time. Binding statutory deadlines remain unaffected.
A report is not proof of fault by itself. We consider the affected location, the facts described, the applicable rules and law, and whether only one city offer or the entire profile is affected.
Decision and redress
Where legally permitted, affected people are informed of the decision, its principal reasons, scope and duration and the available redress. We review every appeal again and explain the outcome. Where practicable, a different member of the responsible team carries out that review.
A third-party reporter’s identity is not disclosed unnecessarily. Abuse of the reporting route, including deliberately false or repeatedly manifestly unfounded notices, may be restricted after careful review.
Authority communication
