Provider of the service and scope

Profile owners expressly accept these terms during registration and separately acknowledge the privacy notice. Explicit consent to publish sensitive profile data and the declarations on image rights and independent work are recorded separately. Mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.

Platform service

Escort Österreich provides public city information. Approved profile pages, search filters and direct contact methods appear only when corresponding inventory is available. The personal account area for submission, verification, review, data copies and deletion is available only while the website marks it as accessible; otherwise the contact point remains available for requests and data-subject rights.

The platform does not process bookings, payments or appointments, operates no customer messenger, organises no transport and does not become a party to agreements. Arrangements take place directly between the adults involved outside the platform.

Free basic listing

The basic listing costs €0. It requires no payment details, trial subscription or automatic premium activation. Each independent profile owner may have exactly one active profile.

Submission creates no entitlement to publication or a particular reach. Approval requires explicit publication consent together with age, identity, contact, media and content checks.

Requirements for profile owners

A profile owner must be at least 18, be the person whose identity was checked and act independently. Agency, manager, representative and collective profiles are prohibited. Credentials must not be shared with third parties to control a profile.

The provider supplies truthful, current information, holds the necessary rights in text and images, and submits only city offers, services and work settings she genuinely controls and for which she meets the applicable legal conditions.

Cities, travel and work settings

Every main or travel offer is moderated separately for Vienna, Graz, Linz, Salzburg or Innsbruck. Details from one city are not carried over automatically elsewhere. Travel offers need a clear start and end.

Areas, services and work-setting types come from a conservatively limited catalogue. The provider remains responsible for ensuring that her actual activity and work setting comply with applicable state and local rules. The platform does not verify or confirm authority approval of a business or work setting.

Prohibited content and conduct

Prohibited content and conduct include minors, coercion, trafficking, violence, exploitation, abuse imagery, advertising unprotected sex or equivalent acts, health claims, stolen images, material false information and illegal offers.

Health documents, pregnancy details, disability evidence and examination results must not be uploaded. Public media must remain moderate and non-explicit; public video and live streams are excluded.

Rights in submitted content

The provider retains her rights and grants Escort Österreich a non-exclusive, purpose-limited right for the duration of submission and approval to store content securely, adapt it for display, review it, show approved language and image variants, and remove it after pause, withdrawal or deletion.

This grant never permits inventing a real profile person, using images for another profile or displaying an unearned trust status.

Moderation, suspension and appeal

New and changed content is reviewed by a person. Escort Österreich may reject, restrict, hide or suspend content or accounts where rules, law, evidence or safety requirements are not met. In a critical situation, all affected offers may be hidden as a precaution.

Affected providers receive a clear explanation of the reasons, scope, duration and available redress unless overriding protection or investigation needs prevent this. We review every appeal again and explain the outcome. Where practicable, a different member of the responsible team carries out that review.

Ordering and data access

Only fully moderated offers appear in default ordering. Safety, platform rules, city relevance and freshness are checked first and cannot be influenced by payment. This is not individual legal clearance. Payments, commissions, premium status, advertising and other economic consideration do not influence ordering.

When the personal account area is available, profile owners may access and export their own account, profile, city, moderation and verification data there within the provided scope. The contact point remains an alternative route for requests and data-subject rights. They cannot access another provider’s data, third-party reporter identities or internal safety information.

• First, the offer must match the selected city and, where supplied, the visit period.
• The provider’s stated current availability is considered next.
• The time of the latest valid self-confirmation follows.
• If profiles are otherwise equal, a fixed, non-paid order breaks the tie.

Term, pause, deletion and termination

Profile owners can request a pause, disabled contacts or deletion through the personal account area when available or through the contact point. Without renewed confirmation, a profile is hidden after 30 days, archived without public images after 60 days and, after 90 days, deleted or reduced to information that must legally be retained in accordance with the privacy notice.

Ordinary termination by Escort Österreich is normally explained at least 30 days in advance. A shorter or immediate measure remains possible where required by law, immediate safety, fraud, repeated infringement or another documented exception.

Availability and liability

Escort Österreich seeks to operate securely and reliably. Maintenance, safety action or technical faults may temporarily restrict availability. There is no entitlement to a particular search position, number of profiles, amount of contact or commercial outcome.

Statutory liability, including for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health and mandatory legal claims, remains unaffected. Escort Österreich is not a party to direct arrangements between visitors and profile owners.

Changes to these terms

Material changes are normally communicated to profile owners in durable form at least 15 days before taking effect. A longer period applies where the necessary commercial adaptation requires more time.

A shorter period is used only for a legal duty or an unforeseen and immediately necessary response to fraud, malicious software, spam, data breaches or other security risks. Recorded acceptances remain traceable.
